Typically, RealEnergy’s program for offering energy savings through the use of onsite generation will require certain minimum facility specifications. We have outlined these below:
Commercial Real Estate button- Minimum Office Size 200,000 sq. ft.
Industrial/Manufacturing button- Light Manufacturing, - Food Processing, - Data Centers, - Corporate Facilities, - Grocery Stores, ...with annual energy expenditures of $750,000 or greater
Government, Education, and Healthcare button- Annual energy expenditures of $750,000 or greater
Hospitality button- Minimum Size 200 Rooms (Full Service), 250 Rooms (Limited Service)
While requirements may vary for different asset types, our Sales and Project Development teams will work closely with site engineers and property managers to determine the optimal RealEnergy system for your facility.
